There are many ways that we choose to celebrate the Christmas season. Singing songs, family gatherings with elaborate meals, serving the less fortunate, time with our local church communities, and Christmas readings by the tree light. Whether it’s celebrating with old family traditions or new beginnings, it may also include gift giving. I’ve gathered some of my favorite intentional gift ideas for the homeschool family below to help you with your planning! Although it is titled for the homeschool family, the guides aren’t restricted to homeschoolers but are a collection of ideas that support intentional giving for the whole family.

Please be encouraged that the best gifts you may give your family and those around you are not on this list (or others for that matter). Your undivided time, a joy-filled home, and the gift of celebrating with presence over presents in mind are all gifts we must consider high priority in a consumer-crazed society.
